Sky 234 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms

Sky 234 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under a PAGCOR license. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sky 234 and each registered member. They should be read alongside the Sky 234 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the full agreement between the platform and its members.

By accessing or using any part of Sky 234 — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current form. Sky 234 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English and this version governs in the event of any dispute arising from translation into another language.

2. Eligibility

Sky 234 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are physically located in the Philippines or are a Philippine citizen playing from an eligible jurisdiction;
• Are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or court order;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Sky 234 employee in a role that involves access to non-public platform information;
• Have not been self-excluded from Sky 234 or subjected to a mandatory exclusion under PAGCOR regulations.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one Sky 234 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — may be closed without notice. Any bonus funds or winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update your account details promptly if they change. Sky 234 may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information on your account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering requirements, Sky 234 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by certain account activities. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Sky 234 customer support. Sky 234 reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where closure is required by regulatory authority. Genuine account balances will be returned to the member following verification and a review of any outstanding wagering requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sky 234 currently supports the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Method availability may change without prior notice.

4.2 Own-Account Deposits Only

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Sky 234 does not accept payments from third parties, shared accounts, or business accounts unless expressly agreed in writing. Third-party deposits will be returned and the originating transaction noted on your account.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at Sky 234 varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process. Members should verify the current minimum before initiating a transaction to avoid processing delays.

4.4 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses, and any security checks Sky 234 considers necessary. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe published for each payment method. Sky 234 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing funds where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.5 Currency

All Sky 234 account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Sky 234 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods, and maximum bonus amounts. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you need to wager before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus converts. Wager progress is tracked in real time on your account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

Sky 234 may restrict bonus eligibility based on factors including but not limited to: account history, payment method used, location, VIP tier, or previous bonus activity. Sky 234 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if it determines the member does not qualify.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other members to exploit bonus conditions, using betting patterns that guarantee or minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming participation. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonus balances and any winnings generated from them forfeited, and may be permanently suspended from Sky 234.

5.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion

If you withdraw your real cash balance while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. Your own deposited funds are never locked — only the bonus funds require wagering completion before withdrawal.

6. Games and Betting Rules

6.1 Certified RNG

All casino games at Sky 234 use Random Number Generator systems that are certified by an accredited independent testing body. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by Sky 234, members, or any third party. Sky 234 does not offer games where outcomes are managed by a human dealer under direct Sky 234 employment unless clearly stated otherwise.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Once a game round has concluded and the result has been recorded on Sky 234 servers, the result is final. If a technical error during a round produces an incorrect or incomplete result, Sky 234 will investigate and, where necessary, void the round and refund the stake to the member's balance. Winnings generated from a demonstrable technical error may be withheld pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and market at Sky 234 carries a minimum and maximum stake that is displayed before play begins. Sky 234 may adjust these limits at any time. Members who consistently place stakes near the maximum level may have individual limits applied to their account to manage risk exposure.

7. Sports Betting

7.1 Market Settlement

Sports betting markets at Sky 234 are settled according to the published rules for each sport and market type. In all cases, official results published by the relevant governing body or recognised data provider will be used. Sky 234 does not use fan polls, unofficial reports, or social media as settlement sources.

7.2 Postponed and Abandoned Events

If an event is postponed and does not take place within the period stated in the applicable sport rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. If an event starts but is abandoned before completion, settlement depends on whether enough play has occurred for markets to have a determinable result under the published rules.

7.3 Palpable Errors

Sky 234 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by human error, data feed failure, or technical fault — commonly known as a "palpable error." Members should not place bets on prices that appear clearly outside normal market ranges. Bets placed at palpably incorrect odds will be re-settled at the correct price or voided at Sky 234's discretion.

7.4 Live Betting

Live betting markets at Sky 234 may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected or held pending market reinstatement. Sky 234 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to temporary market suspension during live events.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sky 234 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Sky 234 staff will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Sky 234 immediately via the official support email. Sky 234 will investigate and may temporarily freeze the account pending review. Any bets, withdrawals, or transactions conducted under your account before we are notified remain your responsibility.

Sky 234 uses SSL encryption across all pages and employs fraud monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. However, no platform can guarantee complete protection against all threats. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where offered.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Sky 234 account;
• Allowing another person to use your account;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit game or betting software;
• Engaging in match-fixing or bet manipulation in connection with any real-world event;

10. Responsible Gaming

Sky 234 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. The following tools are available in every account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Increases take 24 hours to take effect; reductions apply immediately.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gambling for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-down, login is disabled.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sky 234 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable, secure, and fair service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

Sky 234 will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any member in any given calendar month will not exceed the net deposits made by that member during that month.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Sky 234's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sky 234 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email or via an in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory authority.

Continued use of Sky 234 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute between a member and Sky 234 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

Members who believe a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily by Sky 234 may escalate to PAGCOR through the regulator's official complaints process. Sky 234 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
